Our training department will offer courses that are created locally (based on the needs of participants) as well as those accredited by the Evangelical Training Association (ETA). We will offer training to lay leaders, Sunday School Teachers and for
anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of scripture and the Bible. We can also train teachers who will be responsible for teaching their own members upon completion of their studies.
The training programs are designed for Christians who want to strengthen their understanding of the scriptures and Christian service as well as provide a greater support to their local churches.

5. Business Courses: Event Planning, Business Plan development etc.
We will also source specific training for church groups for any other needed areas. As church consultants, we offer services to churches who would like to grow beyond their present numbers or who are seeking to improve their current status by looking within the organization to change their modus operandi. We offer support to administer SWOT analysis and surveys for church
growth and Christian development.

Solid biblical counseling for students, couples, families and other individuals. There will be discipling and mentoring for young and old who are interested in pursuing Christian service. One feature of the mentoring program is to have persons review Biblical Tracts and create a discussion group around them before publishing them.

The act of giving to the communities. This is the outreach portion of our ministry, which is geared towards giving back to the community of St. Lucia. We will support community efforts that seek out the needs of the youth and elderly and provide help in atangible way. We will raise funds for these projects and help to support them. CTRAM will also produce tracts for
evangelistic distribution.
