CTRAM is the brainchild of Cliff and Eurisca Chandler, born to respond to the increasing needs in the nation of St. Lucia and the Caribbean for Counseling, Biblical Training and other ministry initiatives. We have observed the result of the breakdown in the family structure, the demise of the economy as well as the pressures of globalization, which presents growing financial and ethical challenges to the youth, adults as well as organizations.
There has been an increase in suicides lately, a new focus on homosexuality, presenting themselves as suitable alternatives to our time and tested culture of Godly principles; thereby causing further rifts in our moral values and contributing to a reduction of understanding of purpose and leadership in our nation.
CTRAM also provides alternatives to support the development of the Caribbean community through counseling, mentorship and discipleship, through existing local and regional organizations such as Hope Academy Inc. and Silver Liningz.
